My foster mom really wants me to become an Art expert. Here I am at the Hirschhorn Museum.
I don't want to see any more sculptures - even if they are crazy bunnies making musik!!!!!!!!

We passed the new Museum of the Native American.

Shillin' in the sun at the World War II Memorial.

I visited good old Abraham at his huuuge Memorial.

My foster mom and I toured all the touristic sites in Washington DC. First I saw the Obelisk and then- of course - we went down the Mall to the Capitol.

Sorry I can´t remember the artist who created this thinkfull donkey. And the spider... think that I saw such a huge one once in Bilbao. But the last sculpture is famous. It´s build by Miró.

My mom brought me back home after I stayed for almost three weeks with the music blog guy and told me that she will smuggel me to America. Thus, here I am. Have a look at the pictures! I went to the White House!

My Mom called!

She wanted to know if everything is ok, if we get along with each other and if I meet some famous musicians yet. Hello Mom!! He never took me anyway. He didn't even look at me!!
When Joern recognized my angry face, he went to the living room to talk to her. I hope that he is ashamed! At least a little bit…

Oh, I can hear him, listen:
“Nein, ich hab sie noch nicht mitgenommen. Irgendwie hab ich’s vergessen… Ja, ich weiß….Nein, ich nehm sie schon noch mit…Ja, ist ein wenig Scheiße gelaufen…Doch, sonst fühlt sie sich ganz wohl - LIAR!! - ...Ne, haben wir nicht…Ne, du kannst sie grad nicht sprechen, ich glaube sie schläft – DAMN LIAR!!...Ja, ja, Sylvester nehmen wir sie bestimmt mit…Ja, mache ich… Du auch schöne Grüße an Björn… Tschüß!!”

Diary 24.12.2007 Christmas!

Today is Christmas!!

The chocolate monster opened the last windows – 5 at the same time – and as the days before didn’t even recognize me! Not to mention that she didn’t share her chocolate with me…!
She is always the first who is awake, Joern and Cori try to avoid to wake up as long as they can. If they knew that I observe them every minute while sitting on my shelf here in the kitchen, I think they would act differently!
Today is Christmas. Thus they can’t forget me, her guest, her little bunny – like they did the last days.
But what?! They leave!! They don’t take me with them!!
“Hello, let me come with you, wherever you go!! HELLO!! Can’t you hear me??!!”
They left!!! THEY LEFT!! WHAT ABOUT THE CHRISTMAS PARTY, MY PRESENT, ALL THE GOOD FOOD…?????

One day before Christmas and Joern doesn’t have to work the next days. I am so sad! Not only that he never took me to an interview yet but he didn’t even bring me to his workplace! Even Casaca went with Steffi to her office and was allowed to help her and make some copies! He doesn’t even look at me and when I shout at him, he doesn’t react. Maybe because of a language barrier?
But I don’t want to be to desperate. In the next days we will celebrate Christmas together and of course I will get a present. After all I am their guest!

I am very disappointed!!
Not only that the little girl didn’t even look at me but even the guy didn’t apologize himself for forgetting me! Actually he didn’t even look at me!
The only one who is nice to me and takes care about me is the mom of the little chocolate monster – Cori. She gave me something to drink and told me not to have to high expectations about my first internship.
Maybe she did so because she knows her boyfriend?

My mom left, she told me that she will call me, and here I am. I slept on the shelf. My new hosts didn’t offer me a bed, not even a sofa! What a loss of privileges! I always slept in my mom’s bed…but I am sure that’s because I will sit so many times on a sofa with music stars that they don’t want me to sleep on one. Maybe I will fall asleep on a sofa with a star because I got used to it.
I will be a star!! I will be a star!!! Lalalalaaaa!
I woke up very early this morning. I was to curious about what will happen. And you know what…
Nothing happened!! Absolutely nothing!!

First of all the little daughter – Elsa – woke up, ran into the kitchen, grabbed her 4 “Weihnachtskalender” (the one without chocolate actually isn’t interesting) and didn’t even look at me.
Totally under time pressure the music blog guy – by the way his name is Joern –got dressed, made himself a slice of bread and…
left the house! I can’t believe it! He left the house without taking me with him! Wait! WAIT! WAIT FOR ME!!!

My mom will not be in Leipzig during Christmas and New Year. Therefore she is wondering if I should really stay with this music blog guy or not.
"What if you don't like it", she asked me. "I can't bring you back home until January!"
I told she doesn't have to worry. This guy plus his little family sounds very interesting to me and at least I can try it! I know I have no experience in the music industry but I do my best. I swear! So today she brought me to her friend's home and now I am a bit in doubt...
While they were talking, I found a place on a shelf in the kitchen and observed everything. First I found it curious that they had 5!! "Weihachtskalender" – 4 of them filled with chocolate - but they have just one kid. That's what I found out: They have a small daughter, almost 2 years old.
Thus, five "Weihachstkalender" for one kid? Maybe one is for me? Or they don't have a kid but a little chocolate addicted monster?
Tomorrow I will get to know her. Hopefully we get along with each other!!
My Mom leaves me alone. It was hard for her, I could see it. But she didn't cry which was actually good because I wouldn't have known if I had cried too!! There she goes! BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Juhu,
my mom told a friend about me and that I want to do an internship and he said that I can stay with him for a while. You must know that he is a very cool guy. He is a journalist...somehow. That means he works for a company that wants to publish a music blog. Also a blog, like mine! And therefore he has to interview a lot of interesting and very famous musicians and he told my mom that he will always take me with him to the interviews!!
Last week he did an interview with Culcha Candela and the other week an interview with Barbara Morgenstern!
I will meet all these famous stars! He said that he will take me to all the interviews and I can sit on the couch with them! Acually I will be a star!!
Lisa Mucca...a star!
I can already hear it: "We proudly present Lisa Mucca, the newborn singer-songwriter talent from Italy who grew up in Leipzig..."
I am so exited!!!!!!
